About the Role

This role is perfect for a forward-thinking individual who loves crafting compelling content, managing vibrant campaigns, and elevating brand visibility. You’ll work closely with our talented team to develop engaging marketing strategies, ensure brand consistency, and support exciting events and PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and execute engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and our website, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Collaborate across departments to source inspiring stories and fresh marketing materials.
  • Support branding initiatives, from designing marketing assets to maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Play a key role in event marketing and PR efforts, helping to bring our brand to life through innovative campaigns and community-driven content.
  • Assist in streamlining marketing operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Are You OC's Next Marketing Champion?

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience in a creative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaign
  • Real estate marketing experience is a plus, but creativity and enthusiasm matter most!
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
