Hopkins Aus Pty Ltd, T/as J & K Hopkins Office Furniture is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth and enhance our brand presence in the WA market.

Task & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activity
  • Advise on product mix, pricing, promotional strategies, and distribution channels
  • Manage content creation across digital and traditional platforms
  • Coordinate campaign production including creative briefs, artwork, media, and advertising schedules
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using data tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Collaborate with sales and external partners to generate leads and support growth
  • Forecast market demand and evaluate effectiveness of pricing and promotional strategies
  • Prepare detailed reports and marketing forecasts for management

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a closely related discipline (or at least 5 years of relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant marketing experience
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong research and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and SEO principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure
