Medical Receptionist (Casual)

Talent Hub Australia is on the lookout for friendly, organised, and professional Medical Receptionists to join our team! We’re currently hiring for multiple clinics across Southeast Queensland — so if you love working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming patients with a warm smile and providing top-notch customer service.
• Managing appointments and patient records efficiently.
• Answering phone calls and helping with patient inquiries and bookings.
• Processing billings, Medicare claims, and other admin tasks.
• Supporting doctors, nurses, and practice staff with day-to-day admin duties.
• Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist is essential.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Well-organised and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• A team player, but also confident working independently.
• Experience with Best Practice Software and/or Medical Director is highly preferable.
• Eager to learn, grow, and build a career in healthcare.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Shift work
