Medical Receptionist Permanent Part time

Minimum one year experience as a medical receptionist & experience using Best Practice advantageous.

Position available:
Medical Receptionist

Part time worker needed 3 days a week, plus a Sat and to relieve staff when on sick and annual leave.

• This role is responsible for helping to manage our front reception, scheduling appointments, billing, supporting our health care staff, along with general administration duties in our busy, multi-disciplinary, private medical practice.  Immediate start. 

The ideal candidate will be flexible to cover shifts across all our opening hours Monday to Friday 7.30am to 8pm, Sat 9 - 1pm, permanent shifts will be Monday evening, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and required to work 1 Sat each Month.

Candidates will have; 

-Experience using BP (Best Practice) software an advantage

-Sound knowledge of the functioning of a medical practice

-Problem solving skills and attention to detail

-Excellent presentation, organisational and time management skills

-Drive and high levels of motivation

-A professional, warm and articulate manner

-Good computer skills

-Flexibility in what days they can work

-To be prepared to cover leave (may be at short notice) 

-Team player

-Knowledge of Eftpos machine and its functions

-to be able to speak and write in fluent English.
