We are currently looking for a dynamic and client-centred professionals in related fields to join us and work with an NDIS client base. As part of our team, you will be delivering essential services, expert consultation, and interventions to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to fully participate in life. Your work will involve providing tailored services in line with individual NDIS plans and be part of a successful and expanding Allied Health service operating in Victoria.

Essential Requirements:
A current driver's licence and a reliable car (must be insured)
An NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain them
Preferred Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences OR relevant work experience in the field
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses
The ability to align services with a client's NDIS goals and funding allocation
Highly developed professional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling engagement with CALD families and NDIS providers
The ability to complete reports and work towards goals within NDIS plans
A strong background in disabilities/Mental Health (highly regarded)
The ideal candidate must have:
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, honest, and productive relationships
Proven computer skills, including CRM, email, and internet access, with a willingness to learn a data collection system
An ability to contribute to program development and evaluation
Pay rate is dependent on qualifications and experience.
