������ About the Role:
As a Senior Mortgage Broker, you’ll be working with a broad range of clients – from first-time investors to seasoned portfolio builders.
You’ll have access to high-quality leads, sophisticated software tools, and a network of referral partners to help you deliver tailored investment lending solutions.
This is a role for someone who understands investment lending inside-out and can confidently guide clients through the complexities of building and scaling their property portfolios.
������ What You’ll Be Doing
- Advise and structure lending solutions for property investors – residential, commercial, SMSF, and equity release strategies
- Manage a pipeline of pre-qualified leads (no cold calling required)
- Educate clients on structuring loans for wealth creation and portfolio growth
- Work closely with our internal credit, processing, and admin teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Build lasting relationships with referral partners and existing clients
������ About You
- 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker (investment lending experience essential)
- Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking
- Deep understanding of lender policies, investment structures, and borrowing strategies
- Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
