Kewpie are now seeking a passionate, driven sales leader to launch Kewpie Corporation to the Australian foodservice sector, working closely with distributors, key accounts, and manufacturers to expand their presence and elevate the brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the charge in the national launch and expansion of Kewpie Corporation across the Australian ready meal market and major QSR;
  • Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key foodservice distributors, national chains, and high-value accounts, ensuring Kewpie's products become the go-to choice for professional kitchens;
  • Growth & Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, grow the product range, and drive volume growth in the foodservice sector, ensuring the brand’s quality and heritage are communicated effectively to all partners;
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Kewpie as the face of the brand, passionately communicating the unique story, quality, and provenance of the product to chefs, foodservice decision-makers, and industry influencers; and
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service excellence.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Passionate about Foodservice: A genuine love for food, the culinary world, and the foodservice industry, with a proven track record in sales management, preferably in foodservice or FMCG;
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, with a focus on distributors, key accounts, and national chains;
  • Relationship Builder: A natural relationship-builder, skilled in establishing trust and long-term partnerships with foodservice distributors and key decision-makers; and
  • Culturally Aligned: A strong alignment with Kewpie's core values of quality, authenticity, and dedication to excellence, with a keen understanding of the Australian market and its evolving demands.
