You will

• Have the ability to lead strategy and integration from top down with the major accounts across the ANZ marketplace;
• Leverage pre-existing relationships with JB Hi-Fi, Aldi, Costco & Big W;
• Formulate JBPs & JBPs across the ANZ customer set;
• Work cross functionally with core business partners and functions to deliver growth strategy;
• Partner with leadership team do deliver stretch targets for the next 24 months;
• Deliver innovation pipeline and continue to build on exceptional product visibility across core accounts; and
• Have a desire for fast paced actionable targets with a drive for success.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field – favourable;
• Have minimum of 8 years’ experience in Key Account Management, within consumer goods sector, managing key retailer channels;
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills;
• Experience in management of sales channels – traditional retailers and/or department stores;
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
• Hunger for business development; and
• Love for health & wellness.
