National Claims Officer - Automotive

With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

The Position:

We have an amazing opportunity for a customer-focused Claims Officer to join our team in Melbourne's western suburbs. The Claims Officer will take a proactive approach to ensuring that each claim is thoroughly investigated, and that customer communication is of the highest quality, meeting or exceeding expectations.

What you will do:

• Manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end, in a fast-paced environment
• Evaluate and conduct thorough investigations of new claims to establish validity
• Ensure claims are processed within given time frames to ensure compliance with our service standard
• Liaise with national stakeholders to complete thorough investigation
• Data analysis, reporting and administrative support 
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve KPI’s

What you will bring:

• Prior automotive claims experience highly regarded
• Proven Customer Service professional with extensive administration experience
• Able to remain calm under pressure and work through complex issues
• Go-getter attitude and can make things happen quickly
• Customer-centric mindset with a desire to provide an outstanding customer experience with empathy and ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Confident decision maker with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong negotiator with an ability to manage conflict
• Desire and ability to build meaningful relationships across the business
