What will you be doing

Reporting to the Head of Service, you will be expected to manage and nurture long term customer service contracts across Australia , ensuring excellent service delivery whilst being the primary contact for strategic client stakeholders.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing Key Account customers

·       Liaise with Head Office Admin to maintain accurate Asset Registers and ensure timely monthly reports

·       Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring resolution within set timeframes

·       Monitor client account financials, including invoicing, aged debt follow-ups, and dispute resolution

·       Provide guidance to branch service teams to ensure contract commitments are delivered consistently and in alignment

·       Liaising with state offices with regard to Key Account and sales issues

·       Identify potential opportunities to expand services within existing Key Accounts.

·       Support the acquisition of new Key Account customers where appropriate and aligned with national strategy.

·       Liaise with specifications/architects/ASSA ABLOY sales leads where aligned with service contracts

  • Ability to manage a remote team effectively
