The Role
With having experienced such massive growth this past financial year, we now have an opportunity to join our wildly successful, and longest running Nursing Division, and lead and navigate through the next phase of growth and success.

You will be leading our incredible and experienced Team Leaders and Consultants within this space, and assisting to develop and grow out their teams, and customer base to ensure we have even more impact out in the community.

You will be identifying key business, developing relationships, and driving the strategy for the team.

*note there are also Billing Team Lead roles available within our Heathcare teams due to this growth

About You

• Recent experience as a Healthcare Agency Recruitment Manager looking after large teams
• Have high energy, and about to rally the team toward their stretch goals with enthusiasm and a positive mindset, as well as be kind and empathetic to lead with grace when it comes to managing under performance or difficulties
• You have a passion for true Business Development and nurturing long term relationships
• Experience working in a fast high volume temp recruitment space
• Experience leading Team Leaders, Million-Dollar Billers as well as coaching and mentoring entry level recruiters and setting them up for success
• Holding accountability for quality across the team
• Experience in understand team GP and aligning resources accordingly, ability to drive revenue targets
• Experience understanding tender agreements, and rate cards
• Experience within Healthcare Recruitment is desired
