As a highly autonomous individual, you are comfortable working remotely as you will be on the road for most of the week, pursuing leads and opportunities as well as growing our existing engaged and loyal Customer portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target new business opportunities
- Play a pivotal role in qualifying and closing new leads
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Customer relationships
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new Customers and expanding existing accounts
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Travel within NSW territory, with a significant Customer base within the Sydney region
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve territory growth targets
- Effectively communicate the benefits and market differentiators of our company and products
- Securing new partnerships with key retailers and expand our distribution channels
- Sharing new ideas and processes to grow the business
Requirements
- Minimum three years windows furnishings industry experience
- A strong ability to build and maintain loyal Customer relationships
- Exceptional Customer service skills with a strong dedication to be responsive, resourceful and consistently follow up
- Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a tenacious, proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Ability to research and procure new leads and develop strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and hungry for success
- Stellar communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Develop optimal tour planning for routing, call cycle and coverage for your designated territory
