Nursery Hands

Our client is a leading propagation nursery, and is looking for motivated, hard-working nursery hands in Skye VIC  for their fast-paced Nursery team.

Work hours:
Monday to Thursday from 7.30 – 3.45pm and Friday from 7.30am - 3pm

• Selection and production of Plant Propagation Cutting Material
• Cutting plant material to the speed and quality standards
• Update team as to how your batch is tracking
• Communicate any issues that might affect the quality or speed of the task
• Assist in the flow of Plant Propagation Cutting Material coming into the space
• Assist in monitoring the completion of tasks and daily progression across the Propagation Room
• Assist in allocating batches to specific staff members
• Assist in completing data input through tablet applications

• MUST have their own transport
• This role will require physical fitness and resilience to do repetitive work
• Possess a hard-working attitude
• Handle hand tools such as scalpels
