Occupational Therapist | Mental Health Team Leader

This highly reputable practice in Hampton Park is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist Team Leader to step into a meaningful leadership role. As the OT Team Leader, you will balance a reduced caseload of adult NDIS clients (including those with complex needs and mental health presentations) while supervising a team of Occupational Therapists. You’ll play a key role in mentoring, clinical escalation, quality improvement, and service development, supported by a Head OT and a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

• Dual role: maintain a manageable caseload of adult NDIS clients and lead a team of up to 4 OTs
• Mix of in-clinic and community with travel limited to within 30 minutes of Hampton Park
• Participate in clinical meetings, support service development, and oversee best practice
• Provide mentoring, supervision, and check-ins to junior and early-career clinicians
• Provide therapy and high-level documentation including NDIS and functional capacity reports
• Collaborate across disciplines in a values-led, outcome-focused team
• KPI expectations capped at 60%-70% to allow time for team leadership responsibilities
