Make a Bigger Impact. Grow with Purpose.

Tired of cookie-cutter OT jobs?

At Occupational Therapy Brisbane, we’re building something different — a career home where curious, driven therapists grow fast, think deeper, and make a real impact in neurological care.

If you’re ready for meaningful work, real growth, and a team that’s shaping the future of therapy — this is your next step.

You’ll join a growing team of neuro-focused OTs transforming how adults live with conditions like Parkinson’s Disease, stroke, MS, and early dementia.

We’re offering a rare opportunity for an Occupational Therapist — early career, mid-career, or senior — who’s ready to grow, contribute, and build mastery in one of Brisbane’s most forward-thinking neuro clinics.

About the Role

This is a flexible, purpose-built position that can be shaped to your strengths.
Whether you're early in your neuro journey or already carving your specialist path, we'll meet you where you are and help you grow further.

You will:

  • Work with clients navigating neurological conditions in clinic, home, and community settings

  • Apply evidence-based tools, frameworks, and assessments (training provided)

  • Contribute to assessment, therapy, coaching, and assistive tech interventions

  • Shape your neuro-clinical focus — from cognition to fatigue, upper limb to functional movement, or lifestyle therapy to home modifications and neuro-assistive technology

  • Be supported to build clinical confidence, niche expertise, and career direction

What Makes This Role Different?

At OTB, we don’t just fill diaries. We craft futures — for our clients and our team.

  • Specialist neuro focus, with clear mentoring and growth pathways

  • Future-focused therapy tools — including brain-health tracking and technology-enhanced interventions (no prior experience needed — we’ll train you)

  • Structured clinical programs in cognition, Parkinson’s, upper limb, and functional independence

  • Dedicated onboarding and protected learning time — you won’t be thrown in the deep end

  • Opportunities to shape new services and influence care models as we grow

You’ll gain exposure to leading neuro-therapeutic tools and methods — even if you’re just starting to explore this space.

What Your Week Could Look Like

At OTB, your week is designed for impact, growth and balance, not exhaustion

You’ll typically see 4–5 engaged clients per day, with protected time for planning, documentation, mentoring, and professional development.

A week might include:

  • Cognitive assessments and intervention planning

  • Functional task practice — at home, clinic, or in the community

  • Assistive technology exploration and client coaching

  • Movement-based therapy sessions (e.g., Parkinson’s, upper limb rehab)

  • Case conferencing, mentoring, or structured clinical development

  • Optional research or project work to support service innovation

Your caseload will be curated thoughtfully to align with your strengths, clinical interests, and evolving career goals.

Your time will be respected, your professional growth nurtured, and your contribution valued.

The Offer

You’ll have a clear path to shape your future — whether it’s developing a clinical niche, leading a new service line, or advancing research initiatives.

  • Part-time (3+ days/week) or full-time

  • Competitive salary + bonus structure

  • CPD budget + internal development support

  • Structured onboarding with clear 30-day plan

  • Beautiful North Brisbane clinic + outdoor therapy space

  • Hybrid In Clinic, Home Visiting or Telehealth services

  • Flexible start date — we’ll shape it together

If you're a more experienced OT seeking a role with leadership, mentoring, or service development opportunities, we would love to hear from you. We're open to tailoring a Senior OT pathway based on your experience and vision.

About You

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Are AHPRA-registered (early career welcome)

  • Are curious about neurological OT and ready to grow

  • Communicate with warmth and clinical clarity

  • Thrive in a thoughtful, values-led team

  • Want to feel proud of your work — and be supported while doing it

  • Early- and mid-career OTs are welcome — and if you're a Senior OT ready for a fresh chapter, we're ready to craft a role that challenges and inspires you.

Ready to Apply?

We’d love to hear from you.

Please apply with your resume and a short cover letter answering:

“Why is this role at OTB the right next step in your career?”
(Just a few paragraphs — we’re listening for curiosity and connection, not formality.)
