About the role
This part-time or Causal Office Assistant/Stocktaker/Admin position at Diesel Australia offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Based in Slacks Creek, QLD 4127, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, assisting with stocktaking, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the office.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document organisation
Conducting regular stocktakes and inventory management to ensure accurate records
Assisting with the processing and organisation of invoices, purchase orders, and other document
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the team
Cleaning and maintenance of visitor room, kitchen, bathroom, floors etc
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
