TDM Pipeline Solutions, part of TDM Group Australia, delivers pipe cleaning, CCTV inspection, and pipeline rehabilitation services across NSW and Victoria. We proudly support local governments, water utilities, and private clients with innovative, high-quality solutions and exceptional service.

As a rapidly growing business, we are seeking a results-focused and detail-orientated Operations Coordinator to join our team on the Central Coast on a part time basis. Standard working hours are 9.30am – 3.00pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively schedule and program works to maximise field productivity and minimise downtime.

• Review and approve timesheets for field-based members.

• Coordinate operational travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire.

• Manage field staff training, inductions, and ensure all competencies and accreditations current and compliant with operational needs.

• Monitor team performance against contract and business metrics, focusing on the safe and efficient delivery of services.

• Liaise with clients to ensure access is arranged and works are completed on schedule.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Prior experience in scheduling or planning within a trade, contracting, or service-based environment.

• Advanced computer skills and adaptability to cloud-based business systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• A technical/trade-based aptitude - previous experience in plumbing, drain clearing or pipe relining is advantageous but not essential.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and support others.
