Role Overview
My client is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist based in Elsternwick. Part-time applicants will also be considered. In this role, you will focus on driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include analysing market trends, developing effective sales strategies, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Their practice is equipped with the latest technology, offers a wide range of modern frames, and provides access to various labs for tailored eyewear solutions.

As part of the role, you'll be selling glasses and sunglasses while learning how to interpret optical prescriptions and recommend the best lenses to suit each client’s needs.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in sales and target achievement
• Excellent negotiation and business acumen
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships
• Experience in the eye care or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Year 12 Maths and Science is beneficial but not essential
