Task & Responsibilities
  • Perform research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and document user-needs. Model business process flows to ensure a clear understanding of operations and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy functional solutions, ensure successful implementation, and engage in staff engagement and observation to understand current systems and operations first hand.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities. Propose and execute strategic changes to boost operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness. 
  • Design and manage project initiatives, focusing on aligning business goals with resource allocation and budget considerations to maximise customer satisfaction and organisational efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics to derive actionable insights that guide the prioritisation of growth initiatives. Analyse performance metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational objectives. 
  • Create comprehensive documentation of initiatives, opportunities, and strategy development for knowledge sharing and collaboration, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience
  • Master of commerce specialising in Business Analytics and International Business
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a commercial setting preferably in a wagering entertainment environment, with experience in conducting research, collating and evaluating business requirements, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and suggesting growth initiatives, and comprehensively documenting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to deliver on client - focused outcomes and contribute to overall company growth

Requirements 

A six month rotation in Darwin with our Client Advocacy team to understand the business foundations.
