Task & Responsibilities

Perform research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and document user-needs. Model business process flows to ensure a clear understanding of operations and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy functional solutions, ensure successful implementation, and engage in staff engagement and observation to understand current systems and operations first hand.
Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities. Propose and execute strategic changes to boost operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness.
Design and manage project initiatives, focusing on aligning business goals with resource allocation and budget considerations to maximise customer satisfaction and organisational efficiency.
Leverage data analytics to derive actionable insights that guide the prioritisation of growth initiatives. Analyse performance metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational objectives.
Create comprehensive documentation of initiatives, opportunities, and strategy development for knowledge sharing and collaboration, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

Master of commerce specialising in Business Analytics and International Business
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a commercial setting preferably in a wagering entertainment environment, with experience in conducting research, collating and evaluating business requirements, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and suggesting growth initiatives, and comprehensively documenting processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to deliver on client - focused outcomes and contribute to overall company growth

Requirements

A six month rotation in Darwin with our Client Advocacy team to understand the business foundations.
