About the role:

Company expansion has created an opportunity for a new B2B telephone sales specialist. The position will be office based in the CBD of Brisbane. This is not a remote role.

As a key part of the team your role will include:

  • Converting warm leads and strategically building and harvesting your own pipeline
  • Following up leads through telephone, email and digital presentations
  • Meeting call targets and KPIs
  • Chasing up business to business leads and calling new businesses
  • Negotiating the best energy deal available that suits the specific needs of the customer
  • Attending events, conferences and meetings to promote and build the company brand

    • OTE - $130k - $150k ($80k base plus commission and super)

About you:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales liaising with key decision makers such as CEO's
  • Previous telemarketing experience including full cycle sales experience from start to closing the deal
  • As a hunter you are determined to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in exceeding KPIs on an ongoing basis
  • Drive and determination with good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated to achieve targets and acquire new clients
