What will you do?Sell the benefits of our products and services to existing and lapsed customers using phone, email, and SMS.Maintain marketing database.Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities.Work closely with Sales Engineers.Deliver awesome service
What do you need to apply?Outbound sales experience or field sales experience.A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.Outstanding communication skills, with a great phone manner.The drive to meet and exceed your set KPIs.Resilience and the ability to have challenging conversations and overcome objections.Adaptability and willingness to learn.Technical aptitude.Confidence and a positive attitude.Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What might help your application stand out?Phone-based sales experience, ideally in from an industrial or manufacturing background (welding/metal finishing background ideal).Previous experience exceeding targets/KPIs.Demonstrated ability to problem-solve with customers.
