About the Position
This position will contribute to and support the education, promotion and administration of compliance relating to the enforcement of the parking local law to achieve the goals and objectives of Rangers & Security, in accordance with the City’s Corporate Values.

About You
We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service and dealing with challenging situations, which can be physically demanding, along with proven conflict and negotiation skills. Applicants will hold a Certificate in Regulatory Officer Compliance Skills (ROCS) 1 & 2 or Municipal Law Enforcement A & B, a First Aid Certificate and a current ‘C’ class motor vehicle driver’s licence.
Although not essential, it is beneficial to have previous experience in a regulatory/enforcement environment or a similar service role, working knowledge of PinForce, Aero Ranger or equivalent systems, a Certificate IV Local Government (Regulatory Services), or working towards.
