Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant/Technician

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in pharmacy.

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in a varied part-time role that includes customer service, dispensing, order dispatch, and Webster/Medico packing. This position offers school-hour shifts, making it ideal for those seeking work-life balance.

You will split your time between:
✔ Customer-facing duties (serving patients, handling inquiries).
✔ Non-customer-facing tasks (dispatching orders, packing Webster/Medico doses).
✔ General pharmacy support (stock management, merchandising).

Customer Service & Dispensing:

• Assist pharmacists with accurate medication dispensing.

• Provide friendly, professional service at the counter and over the phone.

• Advise customers on OTC healthcare products.

Order Dispatch & Packing:

• Prepare and pack Webster/Medico doses efficiently.

• Process online/phone orders for dispatch.

• Ensure orders are correctly labeled, packed, and shipped on time.

Pharmacy Support:

• Help with inventory management (stock checks, ordering, expiry checks).

• Maintain a clean, organised dispensary and retail area.

• Assist with store merchandising and promotions.

✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a pharmacy.
✅ Dispensing experience is a bonus (familiarity with Minfos software is a plus).
✅ Experience in packing Webster/Medico doses (highly desirable).
✅ Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
✅ Ability to switch between customer-facing and back-end tasks efficiently.
✅ Good organisational and time-management skills.
✅ Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work school-friendly hours.

School-hour shifts (e.g., 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM)—no evenings or weekends!
Varied role—mix of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes work.
