ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Payroll & Admin Assistant for a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include weekly payroll, monthly super payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable & MYOB entries.
The ideal candidate will have MYOB experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing & submitting weekly payroll
Submitting monthly super payments
Accounts payable/receivable
MYOB data entry
Assistance with quarterly & monthly tax
ABOUT YOU
Trades-based experience in plumbing is beneficial but not required
Payroll experience is essential
Previous experience in using MYOB AccountRight is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
