About The Role Join AEMOs Human Resource (HR) function, dedicated to planning and developing Australia’s energy workforce. This role will support a range of Early Careers projects, which will develop your skills in Recruitment & Onboarding, Training & Development, and Workforce Planning. What You’ll Gain Hands on experience in a strategic HR function. Dedicated in-person mentor to train and develop you.Exposure to a range of HR systems – a unique opportunity to assist in the implementation of a new HR platform. Learn how to manage an end-to-end recruitment process (technical recruitment and bulk recruitment).Understand how an organisation plans and develops their workforce.Assist with AEMOs marketing and attraction strategy for our Early Careers Program (Graduate Program & Internships). About You Currently studying Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law OR related degree at university – 2nd or 3rd year student.Able to work 3 days per week in our Brisbane CBD office.
