ROLE OBJECTIVES

This role involves driving business growth through paid marketing platforms. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic campaigns and managing the marketing budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Campaign Development
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies for member acquisition.
  • Create platform-specific ad creatives to drive revenue.
Campaign Optimisation
  • Monitor and optimise PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and other teams to align strategies.
Own the Complete Funnel
  • Generate leads through targeted campaigns across all funnel stages.
Budget Management
  • Manage budgets for PPC and paid social campaigns.
Testing
  • Implement testing strategies for continuous learning and improvement.
Performance Reporting
  • Regularly report on key metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
Hunt for New Platforms
  • Explore new opportunities to drive growth.
Collaboration & Communication
