Tech Service Now provide expert technical support and customer service to pool owners around the country! Our Sydney branch is looking to hire someone with the commitment and dedication to take the next step in their career. We are ready to train the right candidate - someone looking to establish their career in a customer service and technical orientated role.

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and occasionally installing a wide range of pool equipment. You’ll also be the face of Tech Service Now at site visits – ensuring each customer receives timely, expert service and clear communication.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair pool heating systems, pumps, filters, chlorinators, and automated cleaning systems

• Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance

• Occasionally install new pool equipment

• Liaise with customers to explain issues, solutions, and service recommendations

• Accurately complete service reports and warranty documentation

• Manage spare parts and equipment in your service vehicle

• Adhere to safety procedures and company workflows

• Represent Tech Service Now with a high level of professionalism and integrity

✅ Requirements

• Prior experience in pool equipment servicing recommended but not required

• Driver’s licence (manual preferred)

• Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site

• Punctual and well presented

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Physically fit and capable of lifting/installing pool equipment

• Trade qualification or experience with electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems a bonus
