Portfolio Change Lead

Role DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Change Lead role to provide direction and support to a large portfolio of technology projects within an eminent public sector organisation. The Portfolio Change Lead will work across the project leadership group to champion the Changify methodology, build change capability within the business and support successful project delivery. The role involves collaborating with teams across the organisation to ensure that change initiatives are planned and executed effectively, and that objectives are met within the specified timeframes. QualificationsExperience in change management, project management, and/or organizational developmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to develop creative solutions, and make sound judgmentsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levelsStrong relationship-building skills, with ability to work collaboratively, facilitate groups, influence decisions and overcome resistanceAbility to step in and fill gaps on small projects where no dedicated change resources are engagedTrack record of building engagement and ongoing adherence to change methodologiesAble to contribute to wider organisational change management practice and processExperience in data analysis, identifying trends and patterns, and reporting key findings and recommendations to managementStrong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree or higher in a related fieldChange management certification (e.g., Prosci, CMS, etc.) is a plus. RequirementsThis is a day rate contract role at $1000/ day12-month period with potential for further contract winsOnsite 3 days per week (Sutherland Shire, South Sydney)Willing to undergo security screening processApplications sought by 12pm Thursday 10 April
