Full-time or Part-time (minimum of 3days) & PermanentCan be based anywhere in CairnsYou will have a diverse caseload providing high quality support in home or community settings such as schools and group homesDevelop person-centred, evidence-informed positive behaviour support plans in line with the person’s goals and NDIS plansUse functional assessment tools to conduct physical & interpersonal assessments of people in a range of environmentsProvide therapeutic interventions to support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skillsFull flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload Why work for us? Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline and registration with the NDIS CommissionExperience in facilitating and enabling meaningful outcomes for clients and familiesIdeally experience in positive behavioural supportFun!
