Calvary Christian College, a ministry of Calvary Christian Church, invites applications for the position of College Principal to lead the Prep to Year 12 school, Early Learning Centre, OSHC, and Eaton College (Prep to Year 6, for students with ASD). The College Principal is responsible for the strategic, spiritual, and operational leadership of the Calvary Education Group, encompassing:

• Faith Leadership - Upholding and modelling the College's Christian mission, vision, and values, and actively partnering with Calvary Christian Church


• Educational Leadership - Fostering academic excellence and nurturing student development across all learning environments


• Organisational & Strategic Leadership - Building and mentoring a high-performing team while overseeing college-wide operations.


• Community Leadership - Strengthening ties with families and the broader Townsville community, and cultivating a warm, inclusive environment for all.

You are a leader with a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ, called to serve in Christian education, and aligned with the Statement of Faith of the Australian Christian Churches. You will bring:

• QCT registration (or eligibility)


• A degree in Education and postgraduate qualifications in Leadership or related fields (preferred)


• Demonstrated experience leading in a Christian education context


• Proven ability to guide teams, manage complex operations, and foster a thriving school culture


• A heart for people, mission, and service
