About the role
TSI Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Production Project Assistant for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will focus on supporting production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives at the existing facility, while also assisting with projects related to the commissioning of a new manufacturing facility.
Principal Responsibilities
New Manufacturing Facility project
Assist the new Manufacturing Facility projects from inception to completion including cost benefit analysis, design review, risk management, contractor management, project documentations, implementation and commissioning of new components and machinery.
Assist in design, implement and manage plant/machinery upgrades, process optimisation & modifications, and replacements CAPEX projects.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements for new plant & equipment.
Project assist the commissioning of a new manufacturing site from an equipment and process standpoint including utilities and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of process and equipment
Measured by:
Project launch schedule Adherence
Production Continual Improvement Projects

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE): Measure of production line efficiency.
Downtime Reduction & Process Improvement Impact: Contribution to operational efficiency improvements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, food, or veterinary manufacturing environment (Preferably).
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
