The RoleAs a Programmatic Specialist, you will play a key role in campaign management, troubleshooting, and client engagement across CM360 (predominantly) and DV360. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to optimise programmatic advertising strategies while ensuring seamless integration with marketing platforms.
You will:Manage and troubleshoot campaigns within DV360 and CM360, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.Handle client support requests, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.Lead monthly check-ins with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for campaign optimisation.Support strategic initiatives, including media quality projects, supply analysis, and process automation.Assist in onboarding new clients to programmatic platforms, ensuring seamless integration.Contribute insights on emerging programmatic trends and best practices.

What Excites Us About You3+ years’ experience in a programmatic media role, ideally within an agency or consultancy.Hands-on experience with DV360, CM360 (SA360 and Google Ads is a bonus).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot campaign issues.Confident in client communication and account management.A proactive and self-motivated approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.Bonus: Exposure to Google Studio, Google Web Designer, or Meta Ads.
