Project Manager

A unique opportunity is available for an established Project Manager to join a nationally accredited Tier 3 commercial builder in Sydney. With a secure pipeline of work over the next 2-3 years, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager for projects located within Sydney. The role will be eoffice based Monday - Friday and offers long term development and progression to senior management. As The Project Manager You Will Be Responsible For Managing the on-site WHS to meet Government and Company policies. Spearheading project management Driving construction teams and subcontractors on-site. Managing client and consultant relationships. Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover. To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require: Construction Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Manager role Experience delivering projects valued from $1m to $10m in value (new build and refurb).
