ABOUT THE ROLEThe Project Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing strategies and initiatives that support branding, marketing, and media efforts for residential projects. Success in this role relies on effective campaign management, collaboration with the Head of Project Marketing and wider project teams, and the management of external consultants. The role also requires ensuring alignment with Urban Property’s brand strategy and overall business goals to deliver seamless and impactful marketing outcomes. Project Marketing Plan Execution – Lead the execution of project-specific marketing plans, managing budgets, developing branding, creating marketing collateral, and executing media campaigns tailored to each project.Creative & Brand Development – Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and external creative agencies to develop innovative, market-leading project brands and marketing materials. Ensure all agencies meet deadlines and adhere to the project brief.Media Management – Develop and implement media plans that align with project goals, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales Director to ensure media strategies support the overall sales objectives.Communication & Stakeholder Coordination – Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between the Marketing team, sales, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.Display Suite Coordination – Oversee the fit-out of display suites, working with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet marketing goals.Consultant Relationship Management – Foster strong relationships with marketing suppliers, ensuring competitive rates, high-quality deliverables, and timely execution, while consistently meeting deadlines.Event Management – Lead the coordination of sales launches and opening events, collaborating with marketing, consultants and suppliers to ensure impactful execution.Project Reporting & Analysis – Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports using digital dashboards, providing clear insights into key metrics and project progress.Project Communications – Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs) and digital initiatives tailored to each project, ensuring effective communication with target audiences.Digital Asset Creation – Design and produce project-specific digital assets, including engaging social media content, website updates, and paid advertising elements. ABOUT YOUTertiary qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialisation.5+ years experience in similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills.
