Property Manager | NO WEEKENDS | Up to $90K+Super

This role is available only due to growth as the Rental Department's Team lead will be handing over their well kept portfolio to focus on another section within the business !

This Aussie brand that has been established for over 60 years, with a focus on team training, development, working together and support (with accounts, leasing + admin support) that specialises in high end, local residential & commercial sales.

With clean portfolios of modern, high quality homes in the inner Northern suburbs & surrounds, you will manage 170 properties with support.

You will also have the opportunity to continue to grow the portfolio, earn commissions for bringing in new business and earn a greater base salary for every additional 10 properties you manage in your portfolio!

Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5pm, NO rostered Saturdays - get your weekends back!

JOB DUTIES:
- Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
- Management your own portfolio of 170 properties 
- Client facing & relationship management 
- Maintenance
- Routines (with support)
- Application processing (with leasing support)
- Compliance 
- Exit Inspections, Entry inspections 
- Using Property Me

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (must have managed own portfolio prior)
- Well presented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
