The Role
• Your day-to-day activities will initially include:
• Gathering market intelligence;
• Network management;
• Lead generation
• Assisting with property appraisals;
• Assisting with listing properties for sale; and
• Selling property.
As you develop an understanding of the local market your responsibilities will evolve, resulting in you becoming a high performing agent.
Helpful Experience
• Experience in real estate sales
• Previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience in generating prospects;
• A proven record of converting prospects into clients;
• A proven history of providing solid results;
• A history of managing multiple sales initiative at one time; and
• A history of providing exceptional service to clients.
Required Skills
• Capable of utilizing appropriate real estate dialogue to describe, explain and market real estate when communicating with a seller or buyer;
• Can efficiently base your decisions on data and can communicate this data easily to clients and prospects;
• Active and can focus on several sales objectives at a time;
• Will use a direct approach to selling but will also appreciate the more subtle aspects of sales negotiation;
• Consistently respond to client's needs in a timely fashion and make quick decisions under pressure;
• Willing to stand up for your agenda in a sales situation; and
• Perform best when provided flexible structure and given room to make decisions independently without the need for micromanaging of your activities.
