This Role:
Answering Calls and speak in a clear and professional manner.
Direct the call to the appropriate personel
Responsible for the overall running of Reception Duties
Administration of Sales and Leasing campaigns including Appraisals, Uploading to CRM and organising photography, plans and materials
Welcome and attend to visitors at Reception, prepare boardroom meetings.
Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
Maintaining the kitchen and boardroom area
Use CRM for uploading property advertisement, making brochures, preparing Sales and Leasing kits and organize display area
Whilst experience in the property or real estate industry is favourable, it is not essential, however experience in general reception / administration experience is desirable.
Excellent communication, customer service and med-high level of computer skills.
