Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized space.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling office correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Sales Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and providing appropriate product/service recommendations.
- Present and sell the company’s products/services in a compelling way.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Assist in the management of customer accounts, ensuring accurate information and records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Sales experience or a strong interest in sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong customer service mindset.
