As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Conduct candidate interviews and inductions
- Perform client and WHS visits, preparing reports
- Manage ad placements across various platforms
- Match candidates to job orders and submit CVs
- Build and maintain a talent pool
- Oversee client onboarding and site inductions
- Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates
We’re looking for someone who: - Has experience building rapport with stakeholders, clients, and candidates
- Possesses excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Has strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail
- Is proficient in the Microsoft Suite and has good computer literacy
- Brings a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Has strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ideally has previous experience in blue-collar recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Holds a valid driver’s licence and own transport
