Recruitment Officer

Tempe Tyres, one of Australia’s leading Tyre and wheel retailers and Wholesalers, is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team!

About the Role

Full time role based at Tempe - Initially on 6 months contract with high chances of permanency.

As our Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent across a variety of roles. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from writing compelling job ads to onboarding successful candidates. Experience using job advertisement platforms is a must, as you will be the go-to expert in getting our vacancies in front of the right people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and post job ads across multiple platforms (Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment records and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role
• Strong working knowledge of job advertising platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
