Position Code: [KD - AHL]Work Hours: Central Daylight Time or Eastern Daylight Time / Flexible Working HoursSalary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience) We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team at Adorable Home LLC. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to attract, screen, and hire top-tier talent. Your work will be pivotal in building a strong, values-aligned team and optimizing our recruitment process for both effectiveness and efficiency. Job Responsibilities:Create, post, and manage job advertisements across Indeed and other hiring platforms.Screen and filter resumes to identify high-potential candidates for entry-level sales and administrative roles.Conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, motivation, and cultural fit.Shortlist qualified candidates and present them to hiring managers with relevant insights.Track and report job ad metrics including apply rate, cost-per-apply, and overall ad performance.Recommend changes to job ad content, targeting, or budget to improve conversion rates.Schedule interviews for key roles including sales trainers, area managers, and admin staff.Maintain a well-organized candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with no-shows or inactive leads.Collaborate with the HR and Training team to ensure smooth onboarding and handoffs. Requirements:2+ years of proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate screening.Solid understanding of resume evaluation, behavioral interview techniques, and role matching.Familiarity with Indeed, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Ability to monitor and interpret key performance metrics (e.g., apply rates, cost-per-hire).Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Keen eye for identifying coachability, personality fit, and role alignment during screening.
