About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Referrer Relationship Specialist to join our team based in the South West of Australia - Bunbury & Busselton Regions. This role is a Part-Time, 8 month Fixed Term position, working 27.5 hours per week (flexible on days & hours worked).
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
Consulting with key clients to enhance awareness of Apex RadiologyGrow our client/referral base and engage with local healthcare providers, including Doctors and Allied Health ProfessionalsOptimising, overseeing, and evaluating database of potential clients and leads
About You
Proven sales experience with an aptitude for business growth and delivery of servicesYou are a confident presenter with a passion for delivery of education to promote services and their application - experience in cold calling and the ability to engage effectively and influence referrer groupsWhile you enjoy working autonomously, you are active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.Proven experience in service relationship's will be highly valuedExceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of key accountsFlexibility to work varied hours to attend out of hour's clinical information evenings and network opportunitiesEngaging professionally to build rapport with referring Doctors, Practice Managers and Reception Staff, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer serviceExcellent organisational skills to plan, promote and execute promotional lunches, information evenings and any other sales events as requiredBe technically minded ensuring referrers are well supported. An understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not essential.CRM experience maintaining a referrer database and experience with RIS/PACS or Radiology reporting programs is an advantageCurrent Drivers Licence essential as this role is field basedTerritory management, sales and networking skills are essential
