Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD for a Business Relationship Manager. The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Daily tasks include client meetings, addressing inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skillsProficiency in Business Development and Account ManagementStrong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skillsExperience in Insurance or Real Estate sectors, particularly in landlord insurance or property managementOrganisational and Time Management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and independantlyProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite prefered
