With thousands of satisfied customers and trade clients nationwide, we’re expanding — and looking for someone sharp to join us as our new Technical Support Lead.

The Role:

This isn’t your average support job. We’re looking for someone with hands-on automotive experience — someone who’s installed a car radio, diagnosed electrical gremlins, or worked under the hood — and wants to step into a remote role with real responsibility, great flexibility, and a clear growth path.

Understanding of technology and proficient use of email platforms & quick typing skills are important too.

You’ll:

Help customers and installers troubleshoot head unit and wiring issues via email and chat

Train and manage junior support staff as we grow

Help refine our product and support systems

Become the go-to technical brain of CJ INDUSTRIES

Who You Are:

You’ve got some experience in auto electrical work – car stereo installs, 12V diagnosis, basic fault finding, or mechanic work etc... You do not need to know everything, as we will train you - but some basics are ideal.

You’re confident with tech, communication, and solving problems

You can think critically to piece together past information and knowledge to find troubleshooting solutions

You’re organised, self-driven, and ready to learn
