SOS Personnel is seeking experienced plasterers/renderers and labourers to join our clients’ operations.

Our client specialises in delivering high-quality finishes for residential projects.

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solid Plasterer and Renderer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, applying their expertise to deliver flawless finishes both.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces (internal and external) for plastering and rendering by cleaning, leveling and applying base coats.

• Apply solid plaster and render to walls and other surfaces.

• Use traditional and modern techniques to achieve high-quality finishes, including smooth, textured, or decorative styles.

• Repair and restore damaged plaster or render as required.

• Collaborate with clients, project managers and other trades to meet project specifications and deadlines.

• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a solid plasterer and renderer.

• Expertise in applying a variety of finishes, including traditional sand and cement, acrylic render and decorative plastering.

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
