About The Role

Reporting to the Lead Repair Co-ordinator, The Repair Co-ordinator is responsible for liaising with all key stakeholders including customers, insurance company representatives, and internal staff to ensure timely completion of a quality, value for money rectification work for our customer.  They will work closely with key Rizon stakeholders, and contract service providers to support the delivery of Rizon Services within KPI requirements.

 

This will involve utilising your exceptional communication and organisational skills to coordinate specialist reports, keep valued customers informed of progress, update systems, and support the recharging of services. 

 

What you will do in the role

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of projects and ensure timely completion of works maintaining control over costings.
  • Communicate with customers effectively within required timeframes to provide accurate information as required.
  • Coordinate all building repairs and insurance claims.
  • Keep full site documentation of all day-to-day activities on-site.
  • Review progress against project plan.
  • Update project schedules.
  • Provide technical advice and support to our customers and administration teams.
  • Organise, supervise and approval of emergency Make Safe works.

 

About You

  • Ability to read scopes of works and interpret the best solution for the clients.
  • Excellent understanding of insurance repair works desirable but not necessary.
  • Confident in liaising with customers and clients through excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Positive and pro-active attitude.
  • Strong time management with an ability to coordinate several priorities at any one time with a calm and professional approach.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
