We are partnering with one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds to find an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and foster innovation.
Reporting to the Enterprise Continuous Improvement Lead, you will play a key role in identifying, implementing, and measuring process improvements that deliver tangible business benefits. Key Responsibilities
Champion and embed continuous improvement methodologies across business units. Support the development and enhancement of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Framework to drive efficiency and engagement. Identify inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and design solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Conduct end-to-end process mapping to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows. Maintain a centralised repository of best practices, case studies, and CI methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing. Analyse operational data to uncover trends and inefficiencies, driving data-backed decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards to track the impact of continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented changes. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill teams in CI methodologies. Collaborate with change management teams to ensure seamless adoption of process enhancements. Ensure CI initiatives align with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a corporate or enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of process mapping, BPMN methodologies, and business process improvement. Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business challenges into actionable solutions. Knowledge of change management principles to support process adoption. Familiarity with corporate risk and compliance frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
