The Brown Cow in Hampton is looking for a Duty Manager to join our team for an immediate start with at least 3 years experience.

Our Bayside located venue has proudly established itself as a go to destination in the area and we are looking forward to expanding our team with a duty manager who is an enthusiastic, experienced professional who is not afraid to lead from the front with their knowledge in food, table service, wine, bar skills and coffee making would be an added bonus. You must pride yourself in your customer service skills with the ability to recognise the locals and of course the regular doggos. We operate for breakfast, lunch and dinner so shifts will vary from the occasional early rise, mid afternoons or closing of the venue (this is flexible for the right candidate).

You will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards and structures already in place to continue our quest to deliver a fantastic dining experience no matter the time of day. As part of our management team you will be responsible for organising the day to day service of the venue, the upskill and continuous training of staff as well as sharing operational responsibilities.
