Nellandi Pty Ltd trading as McDonalds is looking for full time Restaurant Managers and Shift Supervisors to join our dynamic team.
1. Restaurant Managers - full time
The successful applicant must have a minimum 2 year of Management experience, in addition to the excellent organizational and communication skills. For Diploma-qualified candidates, a minimum 1 years of Management experience will be required. Starting salary $73,200
The following duties will be expected:
- Responsible and leading up the team for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on my shifts.
- Coach shift supervisors on critical restaurant systems.
- Ensure operational standards that deliver consistently high level of QSC and Sales growth
- Engage with crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Macca’s Way to life on each and every shift.
- Ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald’s experience.
- Ensure that restaurant comply with safety and security standards which includes investigating all incidents and taking corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
- Escalate safety and security matters to the General Manager /Supervisor where necessary.
- Achieve restaurant profit and growth through the ongoing monitoring of budgets,developing strategies and plans to effectively and appropriately respond to trends
