Retail Warehouse Assistant

We have a great opportunity to join the iTechworld Sales team working from our Burswood Showroom and Warehouse. We are looking for someone available part-time, including weekend work, with proven sales and leadership experience.

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Retail Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This hands-on role combines customer service, warehouse operations, and opportunities to represent iTechworld at industry trade shows.
 

Key Responsibilities: 
Retail Duties:

• Assist customers in-store with expert product advice and solutions tailored to their needs.

• Process sales transactions and handle general enquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Ensure the retail space is clean, organised, and well-stocked, with eye-catching displays.

Warehouse Duties:

• Pick, pack, and dispatch click and collect and in-store orders with accuracy.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock, ensuring inventory records are accurate.

• Conduct stocktakes and assist with maintaining inventory levels.

• Keep the warehouse area clean, safe, and organised.

Trade Show Representation:

• Occasionally attend industry trade shows to showcase and demonstrate iTechworld's products.

• Represent the brand professionally, engage with customers, and provide product knowledge.

• Assist with setup and pack down of trade show displays.
   

What We Are Looking For:

• A friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Physical fitness for lifting and moving products (training provided).

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

• Passion for customer service and a willingness to learn about iTechworld's innovative products.

• Availability to occasionally travel and represent iTechworld at trade shows.

• Strong interest in 4WDing and caravan and camping with a familiarity with 12V products.

• Available on weekends.
